With undetectable curved fountains surrounding the more noteworthy totem in Columbus Circle, this may just be the perfect place to sneak an unnoticed dip even while surrounded by pedestrians from left to right. Everyone's probably too busy speed walking their way towards Whole Foods (that's why people go to Columbus Circle, right?) to even notice the mischief happening right in front of them.
