Grant Reynolds, 29
Every restaurant-goer and wine-drinker in New York should know Grant Reynolds. The 29-year-old is a partner at Delicious Hospitality, the group behind hot spots Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones. He's also been a wine director and in 2012 was the youngest person ever to pass the Advanced Sommelier exam. Cheers to that!
