Board and card games

7. Board and card games. Bored? We'll bet you are, but only in between all that eating, cleaning, and protesting, of course. Bring some cards or board games (and pencils and notepads if necessary). It's an easy way to make friends, unless you're playing Solitaire. Here's how to play Crazy Eights, Go Fish, Gin Rummy, Hearts, Spades, and if you're learning how to play with gramps in the corner, Bridge. Other card options include the ever-popular Uno and the time-suck of dorky teenage boys everywhere, Magic: The Gathering. As for board games, what better way to say that corporations have all the control than to play Monopoly? They need to get a Clue, right? You Risk being arrested by being one of the protestors, but we're sure their argument is that Occupy Wall Street is a Trivial Pursuit. However, this is The Game of Life and clearly they're not Sorry. You will not back down because nothing should be Taboo. Now, you can bond over a game made by corporate bigwigs and how it brought you hours of enjoyment as a child. [Photo via]
