This New Yorker has absolutely no regard for traffic laws, innocent bystanders, or their own life. Just slightly more annoying, not to mention prevalent, than the East Village longboarder, the City Biker is the reason you have to look both ways twice when crossing the road. Conveniently, they are also the reason I don't give a fuck about my carbon footprint.
