Upstate is a laid back bar with unique craft beers, excellent oysters, and bartenders in cargo shorts (yes, that laid back). We were happy to discover this laid back attitude translates to laid back prices. Every day between 5 pm and 7 pm you can get 6 oysters and a beer for just $12.
