It's almost February, which means we're supposed to have gotten into the routine of eating healthier, working out, being nicer, or doing whatever we foolishly pledged to do on New Year's Eve. But if you happened to be up at the Harlem Yoga Studio this past Saturday, you probably got some extra practice doing all three.

Graceline Court opened itself up to help encourage local New Yorkers to continue fufilling their New Year's resolutions. Yoga instructors were on site to give attendees a few pointers on their tree poses and downward facing dogs (yoga with a skyscraper view sounds pretty rad to us), and an assortment healthy munchies from Whole Foods were prepared as a post-workout reward. So c'mon everyone! Put down the frosting and spoon, 'round up some friends and find a place to do some yoga in the sky. After all: you drank when you made that promise.
