Other details: Guests gathered at the Bowery Hotel to raise funds for the Lowline project. The Lowline, also known as the Delancy Underground, is an underground space fully sported by solar energy. Fiber-optic cables filter ultraviolet and infrared light; however, keep the wavelengths neccesary for photosynthesis.
