KITH Store Opening

Other details: Last night, sneaker and streetwear designer Ronnie Fieg hosted the opening of his newly redesigned boutique, KITH NYC. Besides boasting innovative architecture by Daniel Arsham of Snarkitecture, the space seems to be the official outpost for the fashion-conscious cool kids, displaying everything from snakeskin-detailed caps and limited edition footwear to glass-enclosed outfits and heavy books of art and fashion. Between cigarette breaks in the wood paneled courtyard and runs to the bar for gin and rosé, guests wandered from room to room checking out the goods and trying not to pocket the special KITH pencils stuck into one of the walls.

After a relatively quiet media preview, the party picked up when on-the-rise recording artist Travis Scott turned the store into a stage, giving a spirited performance the whole crowd couldn't help but Instagram.
