Last Night In NYC, the Glamourai's Kelly Framel attended the Phillips House Fine Jewelry celebration at Saks Fifth Avenue. Later on, she was joined by Solange Knowles, who DJ'd a private cocktail party to celebrate SaksFirst. Finally, Framel made a stop at The Cleveland for a pre-Fashion Week celebration dinner with Byrne Notice and  G.H Bass & Co., and more!
