WIRED’s 9th Annual Pop-Up Store Opening

Where: WIRED Pop-Up Other details: Last night, WIRED magazine's 9th annual pop-up store kicked off with an opening party. Guests flooded into the Meatpacking District space to check out the coolest new technology and most innovative product designs which were scattered throughout the room. Containers housed everything from Jawbone's new Jambox Mini to a skirt Katy Perry wore, which was programmed to receive and display tweets in real-time. At the back of the room, actor Jeremy Luke observed the new 2014 Corvette Stingray while telling us about his new show "Mob City" and the entertaining pop-up they hosted at Chelsea Market. Meanwhile, master producer and rock star James Murphy of the now defunct LCD Soundystem DJ'd the party, playing his signature nu-disco and electronic sounds. Other notable guests included Norman Reedus from "The Walking Dead," actress Katrina Bowden, and members from the band Gym Class Heroes. The pop-up will be open until December 22nd.
