Other details: Last night, Larry David's right hand man- Comedian, actor, writer and producer Jeff Garlin, sat down for a conversation moderated by the Academy Award winning documentary filmmaker and author Michael Moore, at the Kaufmann Concert Hall at the 92nd Street Y. Moore and Garlin sat amongst friends, family and admirers to talk as if they were in the comforts of their own living room, touching a bit on topical news stories, politics, Garlin's childhood, and his new projects. Moore asked Garlin everything fans and attendees wanted to know: Will there be another season of Curb? Well, Garlin let the audience know that while he's not sure, he still believes that there may be a shot for another season. So much so, that in his contract for his new TV show on ABC, The Goldbergs, allows him to work on "Curb Your Enthusiasm"--if there is another season. The duo also touched a bit on his new independent movie, "Dealn' With Idiots," and the problems independent films face today, as well as how Garlin broke into film and comedy. And finally, Moore touched on the 'Elephant in the room ,' Jeff Garlin's recent arrest in Los Angeles, where he laughed and said, "...My wife is probably cringing right now..." as she sat in the audience. All in all everyone laughed the night away and made new friends, as they both stood onstage and talked with fans and signed autographs after taking audience questions.
