Other details: Last night The Butterfly, Chef Michael White's new restaurant and cocktail lounge, held a special preview before opening its doors on June 25th. DJ and entrepreneur Hannah Bronfman hosted the event along with White, and Eben Freeman presented specialty cocktails along with wine and champagne. Small bites created by the star chef were distributed, including fried chicken, mini zucchini pancakes with creme fraiche and trout roe, cookie dough truffles, and a delectable carrot cake.
