Lowline Anti-Gala Benefit Dinner and Speakeasy
Where: Angel Orensanz Foundation Who was there: Guests included Diane von Furstenberg, Karlie Kloss, Lena Dunham, Mark Ruffalo, Spike Jonze, Edward Norton, Dan Barasch, Humberto Leon, Alan Cumming, Helene York, Bennett Miller, Serena Altschul, Robin Shapiro, Anna Perna, Alysa Bereznaki, Emily Williams, Kira Cypers, Nick Santucci, and Maggie Williams. Other details: Last night, the Lowline held an Anti-Gala Benefit Dinner and Speakeasy at Angel Orsenanz Foundation. The Lowline would be the first underground park in the Lower East Side, which would still allow sunlight below the surface using advanced solar technology. The event was unique, glamorous, and fun,  and chose the "anti-gala" title to represent the innovative ways the organization will move forward with the project rather than simply raise money from tuxedo-clad guests. Chef Gabrielle Hamilton of Prune prepared the dinner before guests including Lena Dunham, Edward Norton, and Diane von Furstenberg were served custom cocktails at the speakeasy pop-up.
