Other details: We fell down the rabbit hole with UNICEF last night for a good cause. The organization hosted its annual masquerade ball at Chelsea hot spot Marquee, though the night was more "eerie elegance" than "night on the town." With a theme as dreamy as "Alice in Wonderland," it's no wonder guests were dressed in their twisted-tea party best. From freaky Cheshire Cats to Red Queens and Alices, partygoers played up their characters both on the dance floor and in the photo booth, using chipped teacups as props (and occasionally sneaking some Grey Goose into them).
While the Halloween festivities were all in good fun, the event (which happened simultaneously in both L.A. and Chicago) helped raise $460,000 to benefit UNICEF’s education programs for Syrian children.
