Marc Jacobs Fall 2014 Collection After-Party

Where: The Pierre Hotel Other details: Bringing his downtown crew uptown to 5th Avenue, Marc Jacobs hosted the after-party for his Fall 2014 collection at The Pierre Hotel’s Grand Ballroom. Opening the party was Sky Ferreira, performing “Boys” in the designer’s Spring 2014 band jacket and sunglasses. Ferreira later dropped the shades while playing power ballad “You’re Not The One.” The crowd then jumped onto the stage, screaming and dancing to Beyonce’s "Drunk In Love." The Marc Jacobs crew turned their table into a makeshift dance floor, twerking on the grand ballroom’s balcony while model Jamie Bochert snapped photos. Drag queen Big and Milky hopped onto the stage – Mia Moretti followed suit while Cleo Wade got cozy with the DJ. Partygoers got crazier as the final night of #NYFW went on, catapulting each other into the air a la Dirty Dancing while “(I’ve had) the time of my life” blasted throughout the ballroom. Despite Kendall Jenner’s revealing cameo on the designer’s Fall runway earlier, she made no appearance at Jacobs’ after party. Guests later exited the Pierre, surprised by the returned #snowpocolypse and even more surprised by the plethora of Taxis cruising down 5th Ave at 2am.
