Where: Ph-D Rooftop Lounge at the Dream Hotel Downtown Other details: The Children of Armenia Fund hosted its 4th Annual Summer Soiree last night, where close to 300 friends and young philanthropists gathered to celebrate the nonprofit's outstanding accomplishments in improving the lives of children in rural Armenia. Held at the swank rooftop lounge of the Dream Downtown, the soiree saw sweeping views of the city skyline—a perfect complement to the glamorous crowd. Welcoming remarks provided by COAF Founder and Chairman, Dr. Garo H. Armen, reminded partygoers of the important difference their support makes in the effort to provide positive progress in Armenia, while COAF Board Member Michael Aram, and Head of Marketing, Haig Boyadjian, both spoke of their experiences working with the fund in Armenia. By the end of the night, guests helped raise over $50,000 in funds for the renovation of a school auditorium in the village of Aragatsavan, which will provide 350 schoolchildren a safe space to gather and express themselves.
