Olivia Wilde came dateless to the Fresh Air Fund Spring Gala; Michael Douglas made an appearance at the Waldorf; Jon Stewart presented an award to Brian Williams; Uma Thurman and Daphne Guinesss showed their support for David LaChapelle, Susan Sarandon tipped back bubbly at the Mondrian Soho and more. Other Details: Super hottie Olivia Wilde took time out from generating rumors she is dating everyone in Hollywood to attend this charitable event.  But of course, as these things go, the buzz is still all about her love life, with gasps and gossips discussing how she walked the carpet without a date!

Other Details: Funny man Brian Williams was honored last night along with Scripps Networks Interactive Chairman of the Board, President & Chief Executive Officer Ken Lowe. Jon Stewart provided the comedy and introduced Williams saying: . “You’re so funny…A lot of people don’t know this, he started out in news. Obviously, he’s transitioned very nicely… you killed Bin Laden…no, I’m kidding. Brian does amazing work. He’d be the first one to say he does…The Nightly News, they just go through the obituaries to see how many viewers they have left.” [Via]

David LaChapelle's "From Darkness to Light" Exhibition Opening

Other Details: Famous celebrity photographer David LaChapelle opened his new exhibit at Lever house called "From Darkness to Light." According to NY Art Beat "The pieces are inspired by the simplicity of childhood endeavors taught in early art lessons, re-imagined through the lens of adulthood. This will engage the viewer in that collective, shared experience, by taking these elementary endeavors and elevating them through figurative imagery to transcend the medium." Mmmkay. Other Details: Gunbar, Aaron Elbaz and Bobby Persson's new experiment in bringing dive to the MePa, soft opened last night for special VIPs to check out the space, drink, and stay out too late. Young professionals sipped vodka, beer and prosecco and fawned over three of Pals with Paws pet assisted therapy dogs as they shared the evening with their fellow animal lovers.
