Other details: Last night, our Managing Director, Yumi Matsuo, celebrated her birthday with the Guest of a Guest team and close friends at Margaux at the Marlton Hotel. Party-goers enjoyed a beautiful three-course dinner at Margaux, featuring burrata with roasted fig and squash, local lamb, pumpkin risotto, rotisserie chicken, and wine.
