It looks like newlywed Marc Jacobs is planning to spend married life in the suburbs. Celebrities - they're just like us.

Less than two weeks after saying "I do" to his beau, Char Defrancesco, the designer has put his sprawling West Village townhouse on the market for a cool $15.995 million. Apparently, he's downsizing his footprint in Manhattan in favor of his recently purchased, Frank Lloyd Wright-designed home in Rye, New York.

But we still can't believe he'd leave this property behind. Boasting four floors, three bedrooms, a chef's kitchen, garden courtyard, and dreamy rooftop terrace, the home provides the perfect escape from bustling city life. Especially if you deck it out in wood panelling and pricey art, as Jacobs has done. And, needless to say, the closet space is fashionisto-approved.
