River House
The waterfront building is home to The River Club, a super exclusive social haunt that counts David Koch and Aerin Lauder among its members. The $10,000 annual fee grants them access to a private restaurant, pool, and tennis courts. Residents of the building also love their coveted cobblestone courtyard.
