Whether it's cold or hot outside, get the red bowl: Akamaru Modern with Ippudo’s secret “Umami Dama.” And don’t forget about pork buns (one or two… or even three orders are recommended!). Be sure to get there early if you don’t want to spend a long time waiting in line.
