Since its establishment in 1926, The Palm's founders Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi have maintained a tradition of
serving quality steaks and family style side dishes. Though the Palm has expanded with restaurants across the US, each Palm remains unique with hand painted drawings on the walls of celebrities, frequent guests and favorite cartoon characters of the 1900s. Ever since its opening, the restaurant's motto has been, "The place to see and be seen."
