The East Village '70s-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant Golden Cadillac launched brunch last month. The menu features dishes like "huggy bearcakes" (chocolate-chip pancakes topped with honey butter) and the Boogie Bloody, an oversized bloody mary garnished with shrimp and bacon.
