The Marrow
This contemporary German-Italian restaurant is nestled in the cobblestone streets of the West Village. Aside from the infamous burger (sherried onions, bone marrow, and emmental on a pretzel bun), the menu also features promising dishes like vanilla pancakes with rum-raisin apple compote alongside cocktails like Cheetah Juice (blanc de blancs, grand marnier, and aperol).
