Tryp Hotel, The Gastro Bar is a new kind of tapas restaurant under the skilled hands of Executive Chef John Walsh. The menu is a fusion of Mediterranean flavors mixed with unique NYC flare, giving The Gastro Bar’s tapas a unique twist.
Also featured are drinks crafted by Liquid Architecture, a beverage consultancy firm that creates one of a kind cocktails with fresh herbs, citrus juices and in-house syrups and infusions.
With at least 20 tapas on the menu at all times, you're bound to try something new, unique and delicious each time. The Gastro Bar is located near Penn Station at 345 West 35th St. between 8th and 9th Ave.
