Bubby's is so American they may as well be greasing their griddle with apple pie. But then again - who knows, they're a pie place, maybe they are. Either way, a stack of their pancakes - pure heaven at its most patriotic. Wild Maine Blueberry or Sauteed Banana Walnut? If only the tough decisions there - but no, in a manner even more stars and stripes serious, they've their almost too large an array of sundaes, shakes, splits, cakes and pies. Happy choosing.
