City Bakery
City Bakery is known for serving up some of the best hot chocolate in NYC. They even have an annual hot chocolate festival for all of February. The festival has everything from Beer Hot Chocolate (Stout) to "Love Potion" Hot Chocolate. If that marshmallow doesn't win you over then we don't know what will.
