Chef Daniel Burns of Momofuku is opening a new beer bar in Greenpoint that will feature about 20 beers on tap. Danish brewer Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergso will be curating the beer list, and as owner of a brewing company and a beer distribution company, will be sure to put new and interesting European craft beers on the list. The space will also have a restaurant in the back called Luksus, serving American fare with a Scandinavian influence. Burns says the bar will most likely open in early March.
