If Ralph Lauren had a submarine, it would look like Lure Fishbar. Though that's not to say that for all we know, he does, and, it is. This sunken Soho seafood staple is the perfect place to tuck away on a gray day. Post up at the bar and dig in to a plate of Baked Eggs, with kale, oysters, parmesan and chili, or build a sandwich of their crab omelette with a side order bagel from their Nolita neighbor, Black Seed. Or forgo the fishy theme altogether. As long as you end with their sampling of ice cream sandwiches, you will have brunched well.
