The Bash Burger at Lure Fishbar
After winning the Burger Bash at the 2009 NYC Food-and-Wine Festival, executive chef of Lure Fishbar, Josh Capon, earned some serious "meat cred." The award winning Bash Burger, topped with caramelized onions, bacon jam, pickles and cheese became a top requested item at Lure. Although Capon has since opened Burger and Barrel, which features the Bash Burger on the menu, Lure Fishbar patrons can bypass the Lure Burger and still order the Bash Burger.
