You don't have to love ginger to love this trendy restaurant. Gingersnap's is located in the East Village and offers a wide variety of raw/vegan and paleo options. Cauliflower "rice" anyone? Ramen noodles are made of kelp and daikon, while the kale salad will have you filled on tahini dressing. Raw food has never been so good.
