abcV: Inside Jean-Georges' New Vegan Restaurant In NYC

by Christie Grimm · February 28, 2017

From the notably named kitchen of Jean-Georges Vongerichten, culinary creative director of such cult favorites as ABC Kitchen, ABC Cocina, The Mark, Mercer Kitchen and more, comes what is sure to be New York's next hard-to-get, wait-for-it-because-it's-worth-it table.

Introducing abcV, the newest addition to the abc jewelry box of restaurants, an all vegetables all the time style project that'll have even the most die hard of carnivores coming back for more.

Currently serving up breakfast and lunch from 8 am to 3 pm, what better wake up could there be than one of their morning shakes, energizing bowls, dosas, pancakes, toasts or more? And for all you vegetarians not trying to make their diet all the more restrictive, he's even got some egg dishes in there that will be sure to please. For lunch, light and fresh is the overall theme - with everything from green chickpea hummus and kabocha squash dip to fresh spinach spaghetti and rich mushroom and barley soup.

Flip through for a look at some seriously scrumptious scenes of their veggie-loving dishes!
