For the most part, reading the internal memos of a restaurant's management team sounds less than thrilling. Unless, of course, we're talking about a dining institution like Balthazar.
There's never a dull moment - or nightly report - from the sceney Soho staple, as proven by the always fascinating updates on owner Keith McNally's Instagram account. This week, in fact, he shared the play-by-play of the brasserie's Monday night service as sent to him by his team and, even for a typically slow night, the spot was apparently buzzing with celebrities and VIPs.
Save for the cancellation saga of one "Jennifer Delilah," the tables were filled to the brim with famous faces and names throughout the evening, including, as the report via IG caption highlighted, "Eddie Redmayne, Natalie Portman, Laurie Anderson, Laura Wasserman, Rebecca Moses, Amanda Brooks, Roopal Patel and Olivier Sarkozy."
Guess we need to start going out more on Mondays!
