Chef Scott Conant is the mastermind behind the MeatPacking District's restaurant Scarpetta. Conant is known for his other restaurants across the US in cities including Miami, Toronto, Las Vegas and Beverly Hills. His NYC menu features dishes such as the Black Farfalle lobster & basil breadcrumbs and the Red Snapper in Brodetto.
