Seems the folks over at Ed's Lobster Bar could use a lesson in temp control. You know, just a little thing you'd think someone'd consider when serving a menu swimming in seafood. As if that's not a head scratcher enough, the idea that for all you know your raw bar items could be getting tossed around willy nilly sans gloves or utensils? Ugh.
