You've probably walked by Uncle Boons many times - and realistically managed to get a table once or twice. Sadly, despite its popularity, the small family owned Thai restaurant by Ann Redding and her husband, was forced to shut its doors in August. While the OG institution may have closed, the owners' newer restaurant, which just opened in February, Thai Diner, will remain open! Silver linings?
