With a wine list the length of a phone book, thank God Nolita bar-restaurant Estela doesn't have that large of a food menu. As it is even there are too many things that you have to order. Blood Cake with Romanesco Cauliflower and Egg. Toast with Lardo and Jam. Pancetta, Egg, and Avocado Sandwich. Lamb Ribs with Charmoula and Honey. Ricotta Dumplings with Mushrooms and Pecorino Sardo. This stuff sells itself people. The only let-down is the dessert offerings, but hey, you can't have it all, and it's not as if you'll be leaving hungry.
