Barchetta

BarchettaBarchetta, which is Italian for 'little boat,' as if that wasn't cute enough a reason to check it out, has a really well edited brunch menu of fresh, simple offerings. Their Uovo al Benedetto features their house-cured Scottish salmon, which any salmon lover will find to be absolute heaven. With such great flavor in its few ingredients, we say downsize even more, and opt out of the bread base and just enjoy your eggs on nests of soft greens. Delicious, and now, gluten free. You're welcome. Barchetta, 461 West 23rd Street [Photo via @eatingnyc]
