With a similar vibe to The Spotted Pig, Chef April Bloomfield's other casually Michelin star holding restaurant, it's got a brunch menu with absolutely no wrong turns, serving classic trans-Atlantic minded dishes with a modern, flavorful flair. Choosing the seemingly simple steal-cut oatmeal with maple sugar and organic milk may seem a bit vanilla a route with so many other tasty menu items - but throw in an order of the fried peanut butter and banana sandwich with bourbon and vanilla as a "side," and you'll be sitting proud in your choice.
