France has the croissant and the crepe - America has the doughnut and the bagel. Admittedly less elegant than their European counterparts, the doughnut at least has become a canvas for culinary creativity in New York, as well as a beloved city comfort breakfast staple. Thank god this place has almost as many Doughnut Plants as there are doughnut flavors at this Instagram-moment-waiting-to-happen of a shop.
