Willow Road is the new bar and restaurant by Will Malnati and Doug Jacob, along with executive chef Todd MacDonald, chef de cuisine Grayson Schmitz. The cocktail list will be presided over by Greg Seider (formerly of Summit Bar). Willow Road's menu revs up classic American cuisine with entrees like mac and cheese with sausage, stuffed pumpkin with swiss chard, and citrus garlic lobster.
