Red Farm
Red Farm recently opened in the West Village and unlike the name might imply, this restaurant is home some of the best dim-sum in the city. Dim-sum chef Joe Ng and food expert Ed Schoenfeld have come together to bring a fresh, new edge to Chinese cuisine. The restaurant is set up in a 1,200-square-foot townhouse, and is decorated with exposed wooden beams and white brick walls.
