This new Chelsea hotspot is brought to us by Dave Pasternack, the mastermind behind the Crudo restaurant, Esca. At this new restaurant, Barchetta, Pasternack is offering 11 crudo plates influenced by coastal Italian cuisine. Barchetta also offers a six-course curdo tasting menu for $30.
