Tessa is an UWS Mediterranean bistro created by restaurateur Larry Bellone and chef Cedric Tovar. The restaurant is decorated with exposed brick walls and steel paneling along the ceiling, creating a modern, industrial feel. Whatever you decide to go with, be sure to end your meal here with the Caramel Ricotta Torta made with sherry raisin compote, cinnamon crumble and pine nut ice cream.
