Restaurateur Keith McNally of Balthazar recently opened Cherche Midi, a French restaurant with American influences offering dishes like the Homemade Lobster Ravioli and the Steak Tartare. Chereche Midi's Prime Rib Burger, similar to that of Minetta Tavern, is made with bacon marmalade, roasted mushrooms and aged gruyère cheese.
