Richie Nortar (of the legendary Studio 54) has a new venue that's less about dancing til all hours and more about globally influenced, expertly prepared cuisine in an understated, elegant atmosphere. Harlow, named after Nortar's daughter, opened in February and is already drawing crowds from all over. Choose from a carefully curated, seafood-centric menu, featuring options like frito misto and pan seared salmon, and take a seat either at the parlor or main dining room. Be on the lookout for art installations and famous pieces including work by Andy Warhol.
