Betony is the newest addition to this weekend's hotspots to take your date. Opening their doors Tuesday evening for dinner, Betony formerly housed the Russian joint Brasserie Pishkin.
The brand new eatery is offering a variety of modern-American favorites like asparagus papardelle and summer truffles. Owner Andrey Dellos (former owner of Brasserie Pishkin) revamped the large space to a more upscale, luxurious dinning experience.
