Mesa Grill
Mesa Grill is owned by American celebrity chef and
restaurateur Bobby Flay, and is where he first became an executive chef. His affinity and expertise in American cuisine with a Southern flair is apparent in the food. The menu is comprised of dishes such as shrimp and roasted garlic tamale and spice rubbed pork tenderloin with bourbon-ancho chile sauce. The main courses are just as good as the desserts, which include butterscotch flan and profiteroles with Mexican chocolate sauce to name a few.
