What: Ken Oringer, the James Beard-winning chef, opened his new Spanish fare restaurant in September. The food at Toro comes in tapas dishes, perfect for a family style dinner. One of our favorite dishes is the lobster and black truffle paella as well as the crispy veal sweetbread with blood orange. The restaurant is located right next to city staples Colicchio & Sons and Del Posto.
