The Musket Room

The Musket Room
The saying goes that we eat with our eyes first, and the chefs at the Musket Room take this saying very seriously. Each dish is like a carefully composed piece of art, so enchantingly beautiful you almost don't want to eat it - almost being the key word here. The owners here are veterans of the popular AvroKO hospitality empire (Public, Saxon+Parole), so it's obvious they know what they're doing. The chef Matt Lambert is a New Zealand native, and brings with him the country's diverse and colorful cuisine. Diners here have a option of three ($65), six ($75), or nine course ($115) tasting menus, so you can choose whichever one fits your mood.
